At OHM Memoir, your satisfaction matters to us. We want every fragrance experience to be exceptional. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Eligible Items

We accept returns on the following conditions:

• Item is unopened and unused in its original sealed packaging
• Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Item was not purchased during a sale or promotional event

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Opened or used perfume bottles
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Gift sets once opened
• Items without original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at returns@ohmmemoir.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued — for example, if an item shows signs of use despite being returned, or if original packaging is missing.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on unopened items for a different product of equal or greater value (difference to be paid by customer). To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted — please refer to our returns process instead.
